Homeopathy – Does It Work?
Shocked by the National Health Services and Boot’s ‘no harm’ theories to homeopathy, over 300 sceptics are now planning to partake in a group homeopathic overdose to help raise public knowledge about the fact that homeopathic remedies do not work.
During this revoltwhich is set to take place on the 30th January 2010, all those actively involved in the protest will openly swallow in public an entire box of homeopathic pills to show that they are nothing more than sugar pills as well as encourage pharmacies to stop selling them
Where did Homeopathy come from?
Ask consumers and they will describe homeopathy as ‘all natural herbal medicine.’ Most of the substances found within this type of medicine is commonly accepted as complementary medicine and are believed to be so diluted that there really is nothing to them.
However further background checks into the birth of homeopathy has revealed that it is not strictly an herbal medicine, but is designed on three medical concepts discovered in the 1800′s by Samuel Hahnemann. 3 theories which are still used today:
The Law of Similars where whatever caused your illness will also cure them i.e. unable to sleep, take caffeine The Law of Infinitesimals where the more diluted the remedy is from water, the more potent it will be The Law of Succession where vigorous mixing of a homeopathic remedy would intensify its concentration Analysing this information, it is easy to understand why skeptics are requesting that the government to command the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence to assess whether it is necessary for the National Health Service to promote homeopathic remedies. Providing limited if any results, all clinical studies point to the fact that they will not help your health.

Do Homeopathic Remedies Really Work? Know the Truth
So a diluted form of a single herb or plant or a blend of herbs or plants will treat specific ailments. In my personal experience, I had a horse that contracted West Nile. West Nile in horses is typically fatal. I consulted with a homeopathic veterinarian, and his protocol of remedies saved my horses life. Prior to this experience, I would not have believed in the efficacy of Homeopathic Remedies. I truly became a believer since the alternative of using allopathic medicine did not have a good outcome. So I was willing to try anything.
Since that experience, I have been using remedies for myself, my children, horses and pets with great success. Colds are eliminated in one or two days, gastrointestinal upsets or colic’s in babies or horses, are immediately relieved. I have been using homeopathic remedies for food allergies, candida yeast infections, injuries and chronic fatigue with fantastic results.
Homeopathic Remedies are usually taken 20 minutes before or after eating or drinking so that the remedy is absorbed through the skin without any chemicals from the food inhibiting it. Remedies either come in liquid or pellet form and do not go through the digestive system like ordinary medicine. They do not mask symptoms or suppress the symptoms like allopathic medicine. They actually have the ability to assist the body in healing itself.
Homeopathy is no longer on the fringe of alternative medicine and is an equal to conventional medicine. Homeopathy is highly used and recognized in England, France, Germany, and India among other countries. In the U.S. alone, this type of treatment has been practiced for 170 years.
Scientific understanding has increased the knowledge of how Homeopathic Treatments work. The same methods used by Samuel Hahnemann (born in Germany 1755) on “proving” plants and herbs to be homeopathic medicines, hold true today.
Studies have proven that homeopathic remedies carry a vibration with them.
I will use the example of magnetism. A north pole magnet repels another north pole magnet because they have the same vibration. So a homeopathic medicine will repel an illness that has the same vibration in the body. Once the imbalance is put back into balance by repelling the illness, the body can heal itself. Over 1,000 M.D.’s and Naturopath Doctor’s specialize in homeopathy. Many other health professionals use homeopathy in their practice.

I’m going to help answer that question for you and hopefully after reading this article you will have some insight on what you should do regarding the use of these hair loss treatments.
In my time as a hair loss sufferer when I used to struggle with regrowing my hair and battling a receding hairline, I used countless numbers of products that just seemed to really never do anything good for me.
Tons of money went down the drain and I only ended up with more hair loss and a lower self-esteem as a result. So I happened to stumble upon some natural remedies that really helped a lot and I stuck with them. But enough of my personal story, let me tell you what works and you can make your own decision about homeopathic remedies.
Doing research I found that saw palmetto was a real lifesaver. It blocks a leading hormone in the male body that causes male pattern baldness and receding hairlines to take place. This hormone if you haven’t already heard about it is called dihydrotestosterone (DHT).
DHT isn’t bad for your body but it is bad for your hair. You can literally go from having a full head of hair to being the next “Mr. Clean” in just four months if it’s not controlled. Some believe heredity is the major cause for their hair loss when in reality it’s the fact that their DHT levels are extremely high.
Just taking about 1,500 mg or so of this herb is enough to block DHT from doing some major damage to your hair follicle cells. So after I learned this I immediately went out to a local pharmacy and purchased some and started using it daily.
