If you don’t allow your body to get good quality food, this can lead to excessive pressure on digestion system causing other problems as well.

3) Practice a little exercise everyday. Simple walk or cycling can do this job. A walk around the neighborhood or public park will eliminate the stress of doing exercise and you will enjoy the ride too.

4) Stop drinking coffee late night. Coffee has certain stimulants that can harm your natural body cycle during night hours. Remember that every human body has it’s own system to make itself comfortable and healthy. If your eating and lifestyle habits obstruct the natural body cycle, your body has no other option to but to express some kind of disorder like insomnia.
